Our Terms of Service (§8, Service level agreement) set a 99.9% uptime target, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, client-side issues and the other cases listed there. It's an honest target, not an inflated marketing figure.

We don't guarantee a response time, because it depends on the issue. Live chat and WhatsApp reach real engineers (limited on Sundays), plus WHMCS support tickets. Urgent problems are prioritised, and normal queries are usually answered in about 10–15 minutes.

Refund terms are scoped per product. Shared hosting carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, while cloud, VPS and dedicated purchases are final once activated. The exact terms are documented in our Refund Policy.
